- WHAT TO EXPECT + HOW TO PREPARE -

01/

Location Selection

Think about where you would like to be photographed. I have loads of suggestions on hand, but am always down to explore new places. The location will play a huge role in the vibe of the photos. Pick something that resonates with you.

My favorites ~

Parks, Parking Garage Rooftops, Industrial Structures, Water, Stairs

Come Prepared with Poses

Some people can whip out incredible poses right on the spot, if you're not one of those people, then come prepared with poses.

See images to the right for pose inspiration!

03/

Selecting Your Outfits

I recommend bringing a couple of different options for outfits. We can discuss beforehand to make sure your clothes will compliment the location selection. If you are getting photos taken with another person, make sure your outfits compliment each other. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Whatever you wear, make sure it is something you feel super confident in!

Send Me Inspiration Images

This is super helpful for me to gage your style and the vibe you would like to aim for! Pinterest and Instagram can be very helpful tools when looking for photoshoot inspiration.

Let's Talk About Props

Props are amaaaazing for getting people loosened up and having fun, plus they create a dynamic shot!

Examples:

Champagne, confetti, balloons, graduation gear, jackets, hats, etc.

Bring a Playlist

I love to bring speakers and play music for my clients during our shoot. It can be so helpful in creating a relaxing atmosphere. Send me a playlist, music recs, etc and I can be sure to play some of your favorites! Or else you will be diving into my playlists, which in my opinion are quite fantastic as well.
